Mother Nature has finally brought the streets of Milwaukee back to life once again. The trees have bloomed and buds have sprouted, but Mother Nature isn’t the only one giving out free treats. We all know how tough a technical difficulty with software/hardware can be in the DJ world, but it didn’t take long for Milwaukee’s own producer to release one of his catchiest remixes on Gold Cut Records just weeks after his technical meltdown. This remix, originally coming from the producers Pale & Viperpod (Manchester Britain) comes as a single including the remix by Bardeenz. Get down.

As the year comes to a closing, the Fresh Taste collective is preparing for it’s Halloween Massive, being held at the Kongo’s Den itself. Just like last year, be prepared (in costume!) to consume our liquor as well as our noise. *69 and Filthy K will be providing the best in dubstep, house, and future bass all night long. Bottomless cups are available for the price of 5 dollars as well single buck shots. Women who come before 10:30 are eligible for a free shot of liquor.

Local talent also includes, ill Nasty and NoizePollution. This event will be brought to you thanks to Stellar Spark Events, Insomniac, and Neusound Creative. Tickets can be purchased at the box office at 2401 West Wisconsin Avenue.

Welcome to fall season! The Fresh Taste collective is back on their feet, into the streets and basements of Milwaukee. We wish everyone of our friends a great semester, and welcome you all to help us celebrate the start of the new term during the next few weekends. *69 was fortunate enough to open for the likes of Vaski the past weekend at the Schmidts Ballroom in Wausau, thanks to Josh Geoffrey for holding the event. It was a great turnout not to mention the venue was loaded with tons of local talent. The night was scattered with home town heroes and past memories from people we hadn’t seen in forever!
